Sam: Hey Alex! I have been sitting here for twenty minutes. Where were you?

Alex: I’m so sorry, Sam! I have been looking for a parking spot since I arrived, but the city center is packed today.

Sam: No worries. You look exhausted. Have you been working a lot lately?

Alex: Yes, I have been preparing a big presentation for my boss all week. But the good news is that I have finally finished it!

Sam: That’s great! I have already heard some rumors about your project, everyone says it’s amazing.

Alex: I hope so. Anyway, what about you? You look very fit.

Sam: Thanks! I have been going to the gym every morning for the last month. In fact, I have lost five kilos already.

Alex: Wow, that’s impressive. I haven’t started my New Year’s resolutions yet!
